Provider Org Operations

Agentic offerings that are mostly focused on logistical use cases like helping with scheduling, explaining bills, sending reminders etc.

Care Pathway Support

Companies offering Agents with the ability to have conversations, actions that are adjacent to care delivery. No company is claiming anything that can be construed to replace a clinician, of course. But these offerings seem to be aware of care pathway context - which makes them different from the operationally-tuned agents.
